We offer both outdoor and indoor units.Outdoor units have the advantage of drive up access and are not climate controlled. Indoor units are all climate controlled, both temperature and humidity. This is important for mold protection.
We use a professional pest control company which inspects our facility and traps each month. The pest control company makes reports on activity if any, and recommends measures to stop any potential problems before they occur.
Just about anything as long as it is legal and not dangerous. Dangerous goods such as gasoline, paint thinners, oil based paints, and propane tanks can not be stored. Food or any kind can not be stored because they attract rodents.
We have a variety of locks available for purchase in our office. If you have your own lock, you are welcome to use it.
Our minimum length of stay is one month. Leases are month to month and can be discontinued at any time with 10 days’ notice.
Dollies and carts are available free of charge to make moving items very easy.
Not at this time. Home Depot is a good place for storage boxes.
Yes all our units are well lit. The non-climate controlled units used motion detectors that are only activated when necessary. This again is energy efficient and keeps operating cost down.
Storage Solutions uses a state of the art geothermal heating and cooling system. During winter a series of underground pipes take heat energy provided by the earth and converts it to warm air used to heat the building. This is a highly economically way to heat large spaces. In the summer the system is reversed taking heat energy in the building and putting it back into the earth cooling the building and using the earth a natural battery to store energy for the winter. Storage Solutions is working hard to reduce our environmental impact and keep our operating cost down and pass the savings on to you.
An on-site manager means that an employee, usually the Operations Manager, is on site during business hours to assist you with any questions or concerns. Our business office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 55 to 70 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from extreme temperatures. Humidity is also controlled to ensure that mold will not be a problem.
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
Storage Solutions offers parking for RVs, boats, car, trailer etc. Our Standard size is 15 ft wide by 30 ft long. We also have spaces up to 45 ft long.
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located around the exterior of the facility. This gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours, 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday our Operations Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving, and packing supplies. Saturday the office is open 9 am to 4 pm.The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. Storage Solutions is pleased to offer 24/7 access via key pad entry system.
An outdoor unit has access from outside. An indoor unit is within the property and will require you to go inside to access your unit but is climate controlled.
Storage Solutions strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Our leases are month-to-month using the anniversary date of your move-in. We can automatically charge your MasterCard® or Visa® each month, or set up a Pre-authorized Debit on your bank account. This will ensure you are never charged a late fee. We also accept debit cards during office hours & E-Money Transfers.
You can sign up for automatic payments at any time by requesting pre-authorized debit; by requesting that we use your credit card on the account monthly. We also accept E-Money Transfers.
Your monthly rent is due on the same day each month (the anniversary date of the rental). Storage Solutions provides a grace period before charging a late fee on the 5th day past a payment due date. Late fees cannot be waived and no partial payments are accepted. Refer to your lease or call the Operations Manager if you have any concerns.
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5x3 to 10x25. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our Sizing Chart and the help of our Employees who are trained to assist you in this process.
These are the three most common types of space for self-storage. Contact our Manager who can assist you in to determine what best meets your needs. Outdoor is typically parking area for RV, boats etc. Drive up storage units are located on the exterior the building and are non-climate controlled but completely seal from the elements. Indoor storage is heated/air conditioned and humidity controlled.

Our facility has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. Your unique code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility at all times.
Storage Solutions takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security and alarms. We feature electronic gate with coded access, video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, and personal locks available for purchase.
We require 10 day’s notice before vacating. On your scheduled move-out day make sure the unit is completely empty, your lock has been removed, the unit has been swept, and any garbage has been removed.
During office hours, please report the issue to the Employee onsite immediately. If you notice the issue after office hours, please contact us at (204) 888-7867. We have an answering unit for your convenience.

We encourage you to come down to check our ultra clean and dry facility. If you choose, we will accept your reservation, payments etc. by phone.
Storage Solutions does not insure any of the contents stored in units or in the outdoor parking/storage area. To insure your items they would need to be included on an insurance policy. There are multiple insurance agencies close to our facility if further information is needed.
